Olanola, One HIp Social Platform

Olanola Social Media Platform

Sometimes as a brand supported by urban fashion and street wear enthusiasts, we forget that being “urban” is more than just what we wear, its an entire lifestyle segment that encompasses everything from attitudes to clothing to music to even the places we live. At Street Attics, we try to represent the entirety of the urban for our creative and unique readers.

This isn’t just a style, it’s an cool and fresh attitude in need of a global audience. That’s where Olanola comes in.

When Street Attics was first introduced to Olanola, we thought the platform was too good to be true. There’s no way a blogging website could provide increased social media presence, web visibility and, to top it all off, more readers (the more “Attic Heads” the better!). Its too early to believe that Olanola can provide all it has promised, but at a glance, this platform is as unique and fresh as the lifestyle brands we feature.

Any new readers will quickly realize Olanola is a great platform to find interesting content from across the web. Right away, you’re exposed to great content from fashion bloggers like Not Dressed as Lamb, LCs Closet and Fashion Fraction. Outside of fashion, there are cool brands such as Dirty and Thirty, The Pop Fix and Meade Magazine as well as a great deal of Buzzfeed-like pet stories and some politics and science as well. It’s an eclectic mixture of sites to be sure, but essentially, Olanola provides us with stylish neighbors that create a positive, fashion-forward community not available anywhere else.

Signing up took no time.

With a familiarity to Blogspot or WordPress, creating the Street Attics blog was simple, with settings that allowed us to express our individuality and style. The tricky part is figuring out how to syndicate your content, but another perk of Olanola is the handy Account Manager who is quickly accessible to help new bloggers get setup. After just a few minutes, some of our favorite posts as Attic heads began to appear, including our recent #TeaSipTuesdays and of course our blogger crush.

Its easy to see how you can get sucked into Olanola, as there are a ton of interesting stories on the homepage and whenever you read a post, there are more related stories underneath every page. Olanola isn’t just another social platform, so be sure to check it out and don’t hesitate add your own voice to the Attic as well.
