I know, we are tired of all the cold, long days of winter, but spring is only a week away. It’s time to hit the gas beetle, and head straight to the street to pick up springs latest trends. NYFW came by quickly and now it’s time to review all the new, popular trends seen on the runway. You don’t have to go out and buy Gucci or Diane Von Furstenberg to pull off the trends displayed three weeks ago on the runway. You can simply find these styles in resale stores where you annually shop. These trends will be continuing throughout spring and summer so don’t be afraid to binge shop for the warm weather.
Seen on the Spring/Summer NYFW runway for 2015, khaki is a classic that is seen year round on the streets. Having a piece of clothing with khaki is essential. The color can be incorporated for a very feminine or masculine look whether it is a dress, jacket, jeans, or a simple tee.

Designers throughout the week have been presenting a variety of jumpsuits. Seen from left to right we have the designers Emilio Pucci, Versus Versace, and Christian Dior, working their models in breathtaking, easy pieces that will impress anyone. You can find a jumpsuit in any store. A simple pair of overalls is coming back to the spring streets along with other jumpsuit looks.

It’s not easy pulling off denim outfits, but this season designers thought outside of the box and are bringing all denim outfits to the runway. With the right pairing of matching or a variety of shades of denim, you can turn many heads (in a good way). Denim is a simple statement, but it is now time to step up your game and take risks by pairing denim with even more denim.

The classic Gingham print, is now making a big comeback in time for the Spring/Summer 2015 season. While this style may be a nod to Dorothy of The Wizard of Oz, we encourage you to embrace your whimsical side—even picking up a colorful pattern, if you dare—because this season it is all the rave. From skirts, dresses, to flannels, and even shoes, Gingham is back, and we’re completely on board. Are you?
